This hour-long session will give your therapist the opportunity to focus more thoroughly on some of your problem areas and give you a brief period of relaxation. A brief consultation with your therapist will enable your treatment to be exactly what you need.

Our most popular treatment with more time to experience a deeper understanding of taking time away from our busy lives to work on yourself – mind, body and spirit. This longer session time will allow your therapist to not only focus more on your problem areas, but to also provide you with an all-over relaxing experience. A consultation with your therapist will create a custom therapeutic session to meet your specific needs.
Please allow 110 minutes for your total appointment time. Be sure to arrive 15 minutes early.
$40.00 for members, $60.00 for non-members.
Perfect for focusing on small problem areas. It is also great as an introductory treatment for meeting a new therapist. Consult with one of our excellently trained massage therapists to create a perfect quick fix made just for you.
